I'm baaaaccckkk!

I'm back in the office!

First off, I want to thank everyone for your patience while I took a nice long maternity leave. We welcomed our little girl, Sabrina, on January 6th and have been soaking up all of the little smiles and coos.

I also wanted to give a huge thank you to Heather, my virtual assistant. She's been helping run the show with these weekly emails and blog posts full of some amazing and helpful nutrition info.

However, as great as this time off has been bonding with my family, I'm really itching to get back to work (that's how I know I love what I do...).

What's next?

I will be calling previous patients to check in as promised starting next week. If you are interested in getting back on my schedule, please feel free to reach out as well. I will then start accepting new patients the following week. If you're new to my practice and you are curious about the services I offer, check them out here!

If you would like to chat to learn more about my services, I will be offering free 30-minute discovery video calls on Wednesdays from 4-5pm. You can schedule a time slot here.

What's new?

Something that I've been mulling over while on maternity leave is accepting patients with Anthem BCBS insurance plans. While I will still be considered out-of-network, I've discovered that most plans have great coverage still. Learn more about how that works and what you can expect regarding cost here.

New appointment hours:
Monday 10am, 11:30am, 2:30pm, 4pm, and 5:30pm
Tuesday 10am, 11:30am, 2:30pm, 4pm
Wednesday 10am
Thursday 10am, 11:30am, 2:30pm, 4pm
Friday - closed

I'm looking forward to serving you all again!

She's here! I know this is not your typical nutrition tips email, but as I promised to several of you who get them...I would let you know when our little bundle arrived! Please welcome Sabrina Ann Weitzel. Our daughter was born on January 6th at 4 lbs 13 oz. We are both doing well. And for those of you keeping track at home, yes, she was born 5 weeks early! Unfortunately that means she is in the NICU while I'm at home, but she's doing very well there and we hope to have her home sooner rather...
